米非司酮配伍米索前列醇和利凡诺终止中期妊娠疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇和利凡诺终止中期妊娠的疗效。方法将130例中期妊娠孕妇随机分为治疗组和对照组两组。治疗组应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇和利凡诺治疗;对照组给予利凡诺。观察和对比两组患者用药后宫颈Bishop评分、引产效果等情况。结果治疗组治疗后宫颈Bishop评分显著增加,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。治疗组引产成功率为100.00%。治疗组引产发动时间、总产程、出血量、清宫刮出物、胎盘滞留率均明显低于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇和利凡诺是终止中期妊娠的有效方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of mifepristone compatible with misoprostol and rivanol to terminate the medium-term pregnancy. Methods 130 cases of medium-term pregnancy patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were used mifepristone compatible with misoprostol and rivanol; while the control group were used rivanol. To observe the two groups' cervical Bishop score and labor induction effect. Results Cervical Bishop score of the treatment group increased significantly. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P 〈0.05).The treatment group' success rate of labor induction was 100.00 percent. The launch time of induced abortion, the total labor, the placental retention rate, the uterus scrapping and the amount of bleeding were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01). Conclusion It is one of the effective methods for mifepristone compatible with misoprostol and rivanol to terminate the medium-term pregnancy.
