平板运动试验诱发ST段抬高对冠心病的诊断价值

目的探讨平板运动试验（TET）诱发ST段抬高对冠心病的诊断价值。方法回顾我院11例无心肌梗死而TET诱发ST段抬高患者,分析其TET心电图及冠状动脉造影（CAG）检查结果。结果 1例CAG未见固定狭窄。10例均有不同程度冠脉病变（其中1例为单支病变,9例为多支病变）,有8例冠状动脉狭窄程度达90%以上。ST段抬高导联与缺血相关冠状动脉有良好的对应关系。结论无心肌梗死者TET诱发的ST段抬高,提示冠脉痉挛或冠脉严重狭窄,且指示的缺血区域与病变冠脉一致。

Diagnostic value of treadmill exercise test induced ST-segment elevation for coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the value of treadmill exercise test（TET） induced ST-segment elevation on diagnosis of coronary artery-diseased.Methods To analyse the results between TET and coronary angiography（CAG） in 11 paients without myocardial infarction who had ST-segment elevation during treadmill exercise test.Results There was 1 patient negative in CAG,10 piatients showed positive.Among the 10 positive cases,one was single-vessel disease,the others were multi-vessel disease.8 cases whose vessel coronary lesion were more than 90%.The leads of ST-segment elevation were well correlated with the ischemia-related coronary arteries.Conclusion It is a good index for diagnosing spasm or severe stenosis of proximal coronary arter that exercise-induced ST-segment elevation in patients without myocardial infarction.Ischemia regions whoes leads of ST-segment elevation indicated were well correlated with the diseased coronary arteries.
