| 摘 要： | 人工种植牙是一新型的口腔修复技术，它以植入颌骨的种植体支持义齿，具有良好的固位作用，既恢复了良好的咀嚼功能，又使患者感到舒适、美观。本文对56例上颌前牙缺失的患者作了95颗HA钛基牙种植体的义齿修复，其中12颗术后观察5年以上，35颗观察3－5年，46颗观察0．5－3年。其中3颗术后2年内脱落，有5颗有轻微的松动，龈缘红肿，其余颗82种植牙稳固，无叩痛，种植体周围无炎症；X线示种植体与骨结合良好。本文对种植体的性能、适应性及影响成功的因素等问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | 56 patients with a total of 95 HA - Ti artificial roots were implanted inthe anterior alvedus of upper jaw.3 - 6month postoperatively theimplants were restorated by artificaial tooth. After 0.5 - 5 yeare followup observation, 87 dental implants were stable and no any complications. The implanted tooth restored the function and beauty of the jaw andwere satispied by the patients. The success rate was 90. 5%. 5 had implantion symptom acompany with implant loosen and other 3 fallen offthe alveolus. The characteristic of implants indication and the factorinfluncing the success rate were discussed. |
