宫颈环形电切术应用于宫颈糜烂治疗中的价值探析

目的:着重于探讨宫颈糜烂患者运用宫颈环形电切术治疗的临床效果.方法:对本院80例宫颈糜烂患者按照随机数字法分组,对照组40例采用微波探头治疗,实验组40例采用宫颈环形电切术,比较两组临床指标与治疗总有效率.结果:两组手术时间无显著性差异(P>0.05);实验组阴道排液时间与术中出血量较对照组少,治疗总有效率较对照组高,均差异显著(P<0.05).结论:宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈糜烂效果确切,临床指标可明显改善,临床应用价值极高.

The cervical loop cutting analysis technique is applied to a value in the treatment of cervical erosion

Objective: focuses on the discussion for the treatment of cervical erosion patients using cervical loop cutting clinical effect.Methods: our hospital 80 cases of cervical erosion patients according to the method of random number group, control group 40 cases treated with microwave probe, the experimental group 40 cases with cervical loop electricity cut method, comparing two groups of clinical indexes and total effective treatment.Results: two groups of operation time there was no significant difference (P>0.05);Experimental vaginal bleeding amount of drainage time and less than the control group, the total effective rate was high, were significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: cervical loop cutting treatment cervical erosion effect is exact, can significantly improve the clinical indicators, high value for clinical application.
