优质护理在脑血栓护理中的应用分析

目的:探讨针对脑血栓患者,观察临床给予优质护理的应用效果.方法:我院在2015年12月至2017年5月期间接收的所有脑血栓患者当中进行筛选,从符合要求的患者中随机挑选100例作为研究对象,采取随机分组法将这些患者平均分为两组,各50例,一个组为实验组,一组为对照组.其中对照组采取常规护理,而实验组被给予常规护理的同时还要采用优质护理.调查并记录所有研究对象的住院时间以及护理满意度.结果:实验组的病人住院天数较对照组而言明显缩短,而且采取护理干预之后,记录实验组的满意度是97.6%.对照组的病人满意度是80.3%.实验组的病人的不论是住院时间还是护理满意度等其他指标都明显优于对照组.差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).讨论:临床上在给予脑血栓病人常规护理的基础上采取优质护理,明显缩短病人的住院时间的同时,显著提高了病人对护理的满意度.有效减少并发症出现的概率,提高患者生活质量,这种优质护理值得推广应用.

Application analysis of high quality nursing in cerebral thrombosis nursing

Objective: To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing care for patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods: all patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital during the period from December 2015 to May 2017 received screening from eligible patients were randomly selected 100 cases as the research object, randomized the patients were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, one as the experimental group, a control group.While the control group received routine care, while the experimental group was given routine care, but also with high quality care.To investigate and record the hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of all the subjects.Results: the number of hospital stay in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and after the nursing intervention, the satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.6%., and the satisfaction rate of the control group was 80.3%.The patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, whether in hospital or nursing satisfaction.The difference was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: on the basis of routine nursing care of cerebral thrombosis patients, high quality nursing care was adopted, which significantly shortened the hospitalization time of patients, and significantly improved the patient's satisfaction with nursing.It can effectively reduce the probability of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.This kind of high quality nursing is worth popularizing.
