社区老年脑卒中患者ICF综合核心组套的内容效度研究

目的探索我国社区老年脑卒中患者的功能状况,验证脑卒中ICF综合核心组套的内容效度。方法对21例脑卒中患者进行开放式访谈,根据质性数据分析方法及关联规则将访谈识别的概念与ICF二级条目关联,并将关联条目与脑卒中ICF综合核心组套条目对比,计算关联条目涉及的访谈频率。结果脑卒中ICF综合核心组套130个二级条目中的88(67.69%)个条目被关联。其中,28个条目涉及访谈频率≥30%,包括8个"身体功能"条目,3个"身体结构"条目,12个"活动和参与"条目和5个"环境因素"条目。结论从脑卒中ICF综合核心组套中筛选出的28个高频条目可以反映我国老年脑卒中患者社区生活存在的功能问题,为脑卒中ICF综合核心组套的社区推广应用提供依据。

Content validation of the Comprehensive International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health Core Set for stroke from the perspective of community-dwelling older stroke survivors in China

Objective To explore the functional status of older persons with stroke living in the community by verifying the content validity of the Comprehensive International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health （ICF） Core Set for stroke. Methods Twenty-one participants with open-ended qualitative interviews were analyzed by using the approaches of qualitative content analysis. Concepts from qualitative analysis were linked to ICF categories based on the established ICF linking rules and compared to the ICF Core Set for stroke. Relative frequencies of interviews linked to ICF categories were calculated in the study. Results The eighty-eight categories （67.69%） of 130 second-level categories in the ICF Core Set for stroke were confirmed, and the 28 categories which had a frequency of 30% or more contained 8 categories of body functions, 3 categories of body structures, 12 categories of activities and participation and 5 categories of environ- mental factors. Conclusions The 28 categories with high frequencies of the ICF Core Set for stroke could reflect the functional problems of older stroke survivors living in the community and provide evidence to the community application of the ICF Core Set for stroke.
