经皮冠状动脉腔内斑块旋磨术在冠脉钙化病变治疗围术期心理护理效果评价

目的观察经皮冠状动脉腔内斑块旋磨术（PTCRA）治疗冠脉钙化病变的临床疗效,以及评价围术期内心理护理的效果。方法以我院2010年2月至2013年2月收治的80例冠脉钙化病变患者为研究对象,行PTCRA治疗,依据围术期内护理措施的不同将其随机分为心理护理组和常规护理组,随后评价2组患者的临床治疗效果和护理效果。结果 80例患者行PTCRA术的即刻成功率为100%,患者的最小血管直径、左心室射血分数等均得到了显著的改善,与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。围术期内所有患者未发生严重合并症。心理护理组和常规护理组患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪均得到了较好的改善,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且以心理护理组的改善程度更为显著（P〈0.05）。结论对冠状动脉钙化病变患者行PTCRA,并在围术期给予精心优质的心理护理,可改善患者心理状况,提高治疗成功率和临床疗效,减少并发症发生。

Application of percutaneous coronary rotational atherectomy in the treatment of coronary artery calcification and the effect of mental nursing

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous coronary rotational atherectomy（PTCRA）,and to assess the effects of mental nursing. Methods Eighty elderly patients with coronary calcification undergoing PTCRA in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were enrolled in this study,and divided into conventional nursing group and mental nursing group. The clinical effects were compared between conventional nursing group and mental nursing group. Results The success rate of PTCRA of 80 patients was 100%,and the smallest vessel diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction of the patients were improved greatly than before（P〈0. 05）. In the perioperative period,no severe complications occurred. The anxiety score and depression score in both groups got a great improvement（P〈0. 05）,and especially in the mental nursing group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions PTCRA combined with careful attendance for the patients with coronary artery calcification,could acquire a good clinical effect with few complications.
