| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较国产与进口硝硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。方法 :心绞痛病人 83例 ,其中 4 3例 (年龄 64.5a±s 2 .3a)以国产硝酸异山梨酯注射液 4 0mg加入 5%萄萄糖注射液 50 0mL ,静脉滴注 (静滴 ) ,qd× 10d。另外 4 0例 (年龄62a± 3a)以德国进口硝酸异山梨酯注射液 4 0mg加入 5%葡萄糖注射液 50 0mL中静滴 ,qd× 10d。结果 :国产组总有效率 95% ,心电图总有效率 37% ,进口组分别为 95%与 32 %。 2组组间比较 ,差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :国产与进口硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗心绞痛疗效相近

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare the effects of domestic and imported isosorbide dinitrate in treating patients with angina pectoris. METHODS: Eighty three patients with angina pectoris were divided into two groups. group A 43 patients (M 36,F 8; age 64.5 a± s 2.3 a) were given domestic isosorbide dinitrate injection 40 mg (added in 5% glucose injection 500 mL) iv, gtt, qd×10 d. Group B 40 patients (M 31, F 9; age 62 a± 3 a), were given German made isosobide dinitrate (Isoket) injection with same dosage and course of treatment. RESULTS: Clinical and cardiography effective rate was 95% and 37% in group A, while 95% and 32% in group B respectively ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: The effect of isosorbide dinitrate is similar to that of imported isosobide dinitrate |
