2011年山东省18岁及以上人群高血压患病知晓率及其影响因素

目的了解山东省18岁及以上人群中高血压患者高血压知晓现况及其影响因素，为高血压防治提供科学依据。方法在山东省内，采用四阶段不等概率分层整群随机抽样方法，抽取18～69岁的15350人为调查对象，通过问卷调查和体格检查获得调查对象基本信息和健康状况，体格检查包括测量血压和身高、体重等指标。结果本次调查共发现3776例高血压患者，高血压患病率为23．40％，人群患病知晓率34．45％（95％CI：29．76～39．15），其中男性为31．53％，女性为38．07％。18～44岁、45～59岁和60岁及以上年龄组高血压知晓率分别为19．80％、37．57％和51．81％，城市和农村地区分别为35．59％和24．58％。多因素分析结果显示高年龄组、超重或肥胖、戒烟、不饮酒和经常锻炼者的高血压知晓率高于其他人群。结论山东省成年人高血压知晓率较低，尤其是在农村地区，需要进一步加强高血压相关健康教育工作。

Awareness status of hypertension and its risk factors among adults aged above 18 years old in Shandong Province in 2011

Objective To identify the status of awareness of hypertension among adults in Shandong Province in China, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of hypertension. Methods A total of 15 350 subjects aged 18 to 69 in Shandong Province were selected with four-staged stratified and clustered sampling design. Questionnaire investigation and physical examination including measurement of blood pressure, height and weight, were taken for all of them. Results There were 3776 patients with hypertension found in the survey and the prevalence of hypertension was 23.40%. 34.45% （95% CI： 29. 76 -39. 15） of the patients were aware of their high blood pressure （31.53% in male, 38.07% in female） , and the age-specialized awareness of hypertension were 19. 80% in aged 18 -44 group, 37.57% in aged 45 - 59 group and 51.81% in aged above 60 years old group. The awareness rate in urban was 35.59% , 24. 58% in rural respectively. Multivariate analysis results showed that the awareness of hypertension was positively related with higher age group, overweight or obesity, quit smoking, nondrinking and exercise regularly. Conclusion The percentages of awareness of hypertension in adult population in Shandong Province in China were lower much, and it is urgently needed to be improved, peculiarly in rural areas.
