高频电疗在4751例皮肤病中的应用分析

目的　观察高频电疗治疗各类皮肤疾病的疗效。方法　 2 1种 4 751例皮肤病患者用高频电疗治疗 ,高频频率 1～ 3 .8MHz输出功率 1 0～ 50W ,观察各类皮肤病的治疗效果。结果　 2 1种 4 751例皮肤疾病经高频电疗治疗 ,治愈率 >80 %的有 1 1种 ,>60 %～ 80 %的有 7种 ,治愈率为4 0 %～ 60 %有 2种 ,<4 0 %有 1种。结论　用高频电疗治疗皮肤疾病效果确切 ,痛苦小 ,患者乐于接受。

Analysis of 4751 cases of dermatosis treated by high frequency current therapy

Obiective observing the therapeutic effectiveness of high freguencyCurrent therapy on various dermatocelidoses. Methods 4751 cases,classificated 21 groups dermatocelidoses,were treated with high freguency current therapy,theband is from to 3.8MHz,the is from 10 to 50W,the therapeuticeffectiveness of high freguency current therapy on Various dermatoceidoses was observed. Results Among 21 groups dermatocelidoses, the cure rate is higher than80 percent in 11 groups; higher than 60 percent and lower than or egual to 80 percent in 7 groups;higherthan 40 percent and lower than 40 percent in 1 group. Conclusion The therapeutic effectiveness of high freguency currenttherapy on Various dermatocelidoses is definitely positive,leadinglittle pain, and liable to be accepted by patieats.
