| 摘 要： | 目的:建立己酮可可碱氯化钠注射液的细菌内毒素检查法.方法:采用不同批号,不同生产厂家的鲎试剂,按照标准操作规程,对3批己酮可可碱氯化钠注射液按有效浓度范围稀释后,进行干扰试验考察.结果:己酮可可碱氧化钠注射液经24倍稀释后,对鲎试剂无增强抑制作用,其细菌内毒素限值为3EU·ml-1.结论:本品可用于细菌内毒素检查法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a test method of bacterial endotoxins for Pentoxifylline and Sodium Chloride Injection.Methods: By interfere test,to study the inhibitive action of Pentoxifylline and Sodium Chloride Injection in bacterial endotoxins test.Results: The injection did not interfere with tachypleus amebocyte lysate in 24 diluted concentration.Conclusion: Bacterial endotoxins test can be used for Pentoxifylline and Sodium Chloride Injection. |
