| 摘 要： | 社会网络化、信息化是大势所趋,计算机互联网络这一新生事物正逐渐为当代大学生所了解和应用,并不可阻挡地改变着大学新生的思维、学习和生活。网络的出现和应用对于锻炼大学新生思维,提高多方面素质是很有益的,但同时也给大学新生的成长带来了某些消极影响。因此,对网络时代大学新生的教育和管理工作进行探讨,引导大学新生健康成长成才显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Social networking and information technology are the development trend of the times.The novel things like computer network,which are being gradually mastered and used by modern university students,are changing their way of thinking,study and life.The appearance and application of network helps improve university students' thinking and quality in various aspects.However,it has brought some negative influences on their growth.Therefore,exploring the education and management of freshmen in network times is of great importance in ensuring freshmen' healthy growth and turning them into talents. |
