经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折

目的探讨经皮锁定加压钢板（LCP）内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果。方法2006年，5月至2008年6月LCP内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折15例。结果15例均获得随访，平均11．8d（5～16个月）。术后均一期愈合，平均愈合时间为13周（3～5月）。无感染、骨不连、畸形愈合，无内固定物断裂、松动。根据Mazur等提出的踝关节功能评分：优11例，良3例，可1例，优良率为93．3％。结论LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折手术创伤小，对骨折处生物学完整性影响小，疗效满意。

Locking Compression Plate (LCP) for treatment of distal tibial Fracture

Objective To evaluate the preliminary outcome of surgical treatment of distal tibial facture by osteosynthesis with locking compression plate （ LCP）. Methods From May 2006 to June 2008, 15 patients with distal tibial fracture were treated by osteosynthesis with LCP. Results Fifteen patients were followed up for 5 to 16 months, with an average period of 11.8 months. One - stage union was achieved in all patients, with a mean healing time of 13 weeks. No complications such as infection, non - union, loosening of nails and plates were found. The clinical outcomes were evaluated according to Mazur ankle joint function scoring system. Eleven patients were rated as excellent, three as good and one as fair, and the good - excellent rate being 93.3 %. Conclusion LCP osteosynthesis is a less invasive way for treatment of distal tibial fracture, and it has minimal interference on biological integrty at fractural site, and it also has satisfactory outcomes.
