胃癌患者血清甲胎蛋白表达的临床意义

目的探讨胃癌患者血清甲胎蛋白表达的临床意义。方法对187例胃癌患者进行回顾性分析,比较甲胎蛋白阴性和阳性2组胃癌患者的生物学特征（浸润深度、肝脏转移、淋巴结转移程度、临床分期）,生存率及预后因素。结果肝脏转移、多个淋巴结转移发生率,AFP阳性组均明显高于AFP阴性组（P〈0.01）。AFP阳性组l、3、5年生存率为57.1%、8.9%和近0,明显低于AFP阴性组的90.3%、62.7%、49.8%（P〈0.01）,AFP表达为胃癌的独立预后不良因素,与患者的生存期呈负相关（P〈0.01）。结论胃癌患者AFP高表达提示其易发生肝脏和淋巴结转移,且预后不良。

Clinical significance of alph-fetoprotein (AFP) expression in gastric carcinoma patients

Objective To explore the clinical significance of alph-fetoprotein(AFP) in gastric carcinoma patients.Methods One hundred and eighty seven cases of gastric cancer were retrospective studied.Biological characteristic including invasion depth,liver and lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,survival rate and disease prognosis were compared between the AFP-positive group and AFP-negative group.Results The rate of liver metastasis,number of metastatic lymph nodes in AFP-positive group was significantly higher than that in AFP-negative group(P<0.01).The 1,3,5 year-survival rates in AFP-positive group(57.1%,8.9% and almost 0 respectively) were significantly lower than those in AFP-negative group(90.3%,62.7%,49.8%)(P<0.01).AFP was an independent poor prognosis factor and it was negative correlation with survival time(P<0.01).Conclusion Gastric Cancer patients with high expression of AFP are apt to liver and lymph node metastasis and have poorer prognosis.
