上海市徐家汇社区空巢老人心理现状分析

目的探讨空巢老人目前的心理现况，为今后建立有效的干预方案提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法调查本社区164名空巢老人，采用一般情况调查表和症状自评量表（SCL－90）。结果空巢老人各因子均分低于全国常模，随着年龄上升焦虑症状发生率减少，女性的抑郁和躯体症状较男性发生率高，随着文化程度和经济状况的提升各因子均分呈逐渐下降，在婚者较丧偶者的各因子均分低。结论影响空巢老人的主要心理因素有年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、经济状况等。

Analysis of the Psychological Status of the Lonely Elder in Xujiahui Community,Shanghai

Objective To study the current psychological status of the lonely elderly to provide the basis for the future establishment of an effective intervention program. Method By using the cluster sampling method, 164 lonely elderly in the community were investigated with a general questionnaire and the SCL-90. Results The average score of the factors of the lonely elderly was lower than the national norm. With the age increasing, the incidence of anxiety was reduced. Depression and physical symptom of women was higher than men. With education and the economic situation increasing, the factors gradually decreased. The factor of the married was lower than those of the widowed. Conclusion The factors that mainly affected the lonely elderly were the psychological factors of age, sex, marital status, education level, economic status and so on.
