| 摘 要： | 目的:研究拔葜抗炎作用及作用机制。方法:观察拔葜对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀、炎症组织和血清中前列腺素E2(PGE2)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响。结果:拔葜灌胃给药能明显抑制角叉菜胶所致正常大鼠和去肾上腺大鼠足肿胀,150g/kg拔葜可降低肿胀足爪组织中PGE2及血清中NO、MDA含量,90、150g/kg拔葜可降低肿胀足爪组织中NO含量。结论:拔葜可能通过影响炎症介质释放而起到抑制角叉菜胶性大鼠足肿胀作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Smilax China and its mechanism.Methods: to abserve the hind paw oedema induced by carrageenin in normal and bilaterally adrenalectomized rats,content of PGE2,MDA,NO,SOD in rats.Results: The decoction intragastric injection showed a marked suppressive effect on the normal and adranalectomized rat's hind paw oedema induced by carrageenin.In addition,at the dosage of 150g/kg,Smilax china ig reduced the content of PGE2 in inflammatiory tissue and the content of NO,MDA in serum,and the content of NO in inflammatory tissue at the dosage of 90,150g/kg.Conclusion: Smilax China has a marked suppressive effect on the hind paw oedema indued by carrageenin.Its effects may be related to the inhibition on inflammatory mediators. |
