大学贫困生生活状况与心理健康状况调查

目的 了解当前高校贫困生的生活和心理健康状况，为高校学生心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法，对广州市6所高校1132名本、专科大学生进行调查，其中贫困生193名，从非贫困生中随机抽取382名作为对照组。结果贫困生的主要经济来源仍为家庭；贫困生的月均生活总支出、月均社交娱乐费用均低于非贫困生；贫困生在人际关系、自信、受外界影响、适应性、爱情5个因子的得分均显低于非贫困生。在193名贫困生中，有26名在过去1a内有过自杀意念。经Logistic回归分析，影响贫困生自杀意念的主要因素有家庭期望值过高、在乎别人对自己的看法、对大学学习生活的适应性差。结论对于高校贫困生应多给予关爱，在生活和心理上加以引导，鼓励他们树立坚强的自信心，以便使他们更好地适应大学生活和学习。

Status of the Needy College Students'''' Life and Mental Health

Objective To study the status of the needy college students' life and mental health, and to provide reference for mental health education in college. Methods A clustered sampling method was used to collect 1 132 college students in Guangzhou, including 193 needy students and another 382 as control. Results The needy students' mainly economic resourse was family, and their expenditure on life and social entertainment was lower than others. The scores of needy students were significantly lower than others in interpersonal relations, self-confidence, effects of environment, adaptability and love. Among 193 needy students, 26 had committed suicidal ideations. Logistic regression analysis indicated that the risk factors were family's overmuch expectation, much attention on others' attitudes and poor adaptability on college's life. Conclusion More care and guidance should be given to needy students to help them adapt college life and study.
