77例直立倾斜试验对血管迷走神经性晕厥的诊断

目的探讨直立倾斜试验对血管迷走性晕厥的临床诊断与应用价值。方法采用直立倾斜试验对77例不明原因的晕厥患者先进行基础倾斜试验，阴性者再进行两个阶段的异丙肾上腺素激发试验。结果77例晕厥患者中60例阳性，17例阴性，阳性率占77．9％。结论倾斜试验设备简单，易于操作，是血管迷走性晕厥的比较有效的诊断方法，对不同类型的血管迷走性晕厥确定治疗方案具有指导意义。

Diagnostic Valuation of Head Upright Tilt Testing on Vasovagal Syncope for 77 Cases

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and applied valuation of head upright tilt testing on vasovagal syncope. Methods Head upright tilt testing was utilized to perform the bosic tilt testing on 77 cases with unidentified causes . Those who were negative experienced two phases of isoproterenol-activated tes ting. Result Of 77 syncope cases, 60 were positive, 17 negative, and the positiv e rate accounted for 77.9%. Conclusion The equipment for doing tilt testing is s imple, and easy to be manipulated, and is one of more effective diagnostic meth od s for vasovagal syncope,and has also guidance significance for determining the t herapeutic scheme of different kinds of vasovagal syncope.
