Abstract: | The serum HBV-DNA were determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)in 114 cases of hepatic diseases , the positivity rate of serum HBV-DNA being35.96%.The positivity rates in the AH,CPH,CAH and LC group were 41.7%,21.42%,53.66%and 26.84%respsctively.the posivity rate was 39.02%in the HBeAg(+)group,22.73%in the anti-HBe(+)group,47.37%in the HBsAg(+)and anti-HBc(+)group,41.18%in the anti+HBs(+)group, and 11. 11%in the HBVM(-)group.Theresults reveal that the posivity rate of serum HBV-DNA in the CAH group is the highest(53.66%)in the clinical type groups;there is high titer HBV-DNA in serum ot anti-HBe(+)group,suggesting that tne infectivity exists yet;patients in the anti-HBe(+),anti-HBs(+)and HBVM(-)group whose serum HBV-DNA test is positive may be infected byvariant HBV. |
