| 摘 要： | 当前发展高等中医药教育必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,以求真务实的态度分析高等中医药教育的现状,肯定成就,直面问题,紧紧抓住难得的发展机遇和环境;推动全社会以改革创新的精神树立科学的中医药人才观、地方政府树立科学的中医药教育观、中医药院校树立科学的中医药教育发展观;以与时俱进的态度找准发展的战略,制定发展的策略。加快教育发展,以提高质量为主题、以人才培养为中心、以加强内涵建设为重点、以学科建设为龙头、以改革创新为动力,不断提高教学、科研、医疗和国际交流与合作水平,全面推进中医药教育新一轮跨越式发展。
