摘    要:在骨髓中存在着一群非造血的干细胞成分———间充质干细胞。间充质干细胞在体外可扩增 ,在体内体外都能被诱导分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、腱细胞、肌肉细胞、神经细胞和支持造血的基质等。间充质干细胞是多潜能 ,并且易分离培养 ,在体外可被大量扩增。因此 ,间充质干细胞在组织工程、细胞治疗和基因治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。本文对骨髓来源的间充质干细胞的生物学特性和其他间质组织来源的间充质干细胞以及它们在临床上的应用进行了综述

Abstract:Within the bone marrow there exists a subset of nonhematopoietic stem cells referred to as mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). MSCs can be expanded in vitro and induced to terminally differentiate into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, adipocytes, tenocytes, myotubes, nerve cells, and hematopoietic_supporting stroma. With the multipotential of differentiating into various types of cells and easy expansion, MSCs have been considered as prospective adult stem cells in tissue engineering, cell therapy and gene therapy. In this paper, the biology of bone marrow_derived mesenchymal stem cells, the current evidences for the presence of MSCs in various mesenchyaml tissues and the clinical trials using MSCs are reviewed.
