| 摘 要： | 目的观察甲状腺功能减退性心脏病（甲减心）患者心率变异性（HRV）的变化。方法采用24h动态心电图分析甲减心患者（39例）HRV的时域指标，并与正常对照组（39例）进行比较。结果甲减心组平均R-R间距（RRI）、24h窦性R-R间期标准差（SD）、5min窦性R-R间期标准差（SDAIDX）、5min窦性R-R间期标准差的均值（SDIDX）、R-R连续差异平方根（rMSSD）、相邻窦性R-R间期差值〉50ms的百分比（PNN50），均明显低于正常对照组，具有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论甲减心患者交感神经及迷走神经功能均受损，可能为甲减心的发病机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with hypothyroidism.Methods Time domain indices of HRV were analyzed using 240 hour ambulatory electrocardiogram recording.45 patients with hypothyroidism and 45 healthy subjects were included.Results SD,SDAIDX,SDIDX,rMSSD,PNN50,RRI in the hypothyroidism group were significantly lower than those in the healthy subjects group (P<0.01).Conclusion Both sympathetic and parasympathetic dysfunction appeared in the patients with hypothyroidism. |
