| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中国人群雌激素受体β(ERβ)基因多态性的分布情况及其与血脂水平的关系。方法:采用PCR-RFLP技术检测湖北地区131例正常人的ERβ基因RsaI和AluI酶切多态性,同时检测血脂水平。结果:分析ERβ基因RsaI和AluI两个酶切位点的基因多态性,分别以Rr型、aa型最多,而以RR型、AA型最少,其分布在男女组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。ERβRsaI和AluI不同基因型间血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoAI、apoB水平均有一定差异,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ERβ基因RsaI和AluI酶切多态性可能不影响人群的血脂水平。

| Abstract: | Objective: In order to explore the correlation between estrogen receptor β (ERβ) gene polymorphism and serum lipid level in Chinese Han nationality. Method: 131 healthy controls were studied. PCR-RFLP tecnique were employed to determine ERβ gene polymorphism. Results: There were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05) in ERβ RsaI and AluI genotype frequencies between male and female.when the subjects were divided into 3 subgroups according to RsaI and AluI genotype,the differences among the subgroups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: ERβ RsaI and AluI gene polymorphism dose not have obvious influence on lipid metabolism. |
