| 摘 要： | 目的比较近年来治疗老年人前牙根面龋的4种光固化材料的临床效果，为临床材料的选择提供依据。方法将146例55岁以上老年人302颗前牙根面龋患牙随即分为四组，分别用卡瑞斯玛光固化复合树脂（Card Ruisi Ma，卡瑞斯玛）、DenFil—Flow、Tetric-Flow、Dyract（复合体）修复，观察2年，比较其疗效。结果成功率卡瑞斯玛70．00％、Dyract复合体（Dyract）78．38％、DenFil-Flow90．79％、Tetric-Flow94．74％；Tetric-Flow与DenFil-Flow间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），Tetric—Flow、DenFil-Flow与其他两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论DenFil-Flow、Tetric-Flow是比较理想的老年人前牙根面龋修复材料。
