急性心肌梗死并发心房颤动67例临床分析

目的 探讨急性心肌梗死（Acute myocardial infarction,AMI）并发心房颤动（房颤）与冠脉病变关系及临床特点.方法 67例AMI并发房颤患者（房颤组）通过心电图、彩色多普勒超声心动图、Holter检查、心电监护、心肌酶谱检测、心功能分级、冠脉造影检测,结果与67例非房颤组比较.结果 房颤组多支冠脉病变、严重合并症、住院病死率明显高于非房颤组,而LVEF低于非房颤组,P〈0.05.结论 AMI并房颤患者多支冠脉病变,严重合并症发生率、住院病死率高,LVEF减低,预后差.

Clinical significance of atrial fibrillation in 67 patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To observe the clinical manifestation and pathological changes of coronary arteries in patients with AMI complicated with atrial fibrillation ( AF ).Methods EKG、 UCG、 Holter、angiography and heart function test were performed in patients with and without AF, and the results in patients with AF were compared to those in patients without AF. Results The incidences of the coronary multivessel lesions, severe complications and in-hospital deaths in patients with AF were significantly higher than those in patients without AF, but the LVEFs in AF patients were lower than those in non-AF patients.Conchusion AF patients had higher incidences of the coronary multivessel lesions,severe complications , in-hospital deaths , and had lower LVEF and poor prognosis.
