| 摘 要： | 目的探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在急性白血病中的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定68例急性白血病患者血清及骨髓中TGF-β1水平。结果急性白血病初诊患者血清及骨髓TGF-β1水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),完全缓解期TGF-β1水平恢复正常,未缓解和复发患者TGF-β1水平与初诊患者无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论检测TGF-β1水平变化有助于急性白血病病情判断,可作为疗效观察的辅助指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical significance of TGF-β_1 in patients with acute leukemia. Methods Serum and bone marrow levels of TGF-β_1 in 68 patients with acute leukemia were determined by ELISA. Results The serum and bone marrow levels of TGF-β_1 in initial patients with acute leukemia was significantly higher than of control (P<0.05), and decreased to normal in the patients at complete remission period . There were no difference in TGF-β_1 between non-remission and relapse and initial patients(P>0.05). Conclusion To determine serum and bone marrow levels of TGF-β_1 in the patients with acute leukemia is useful to judge state of illness, and TGF-β_1 was regarded as assistant index of curative effect. |
