| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以HPLC法测定川东獐牙菜不同部位去甲基雏菊叶龙胆酮含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为HypersilC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(56∶44),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温。结果:去甲基雏菊叶龙胆酮进样量的线性范围为0.52~2.60μg(r=0.9994);平均加样回收率为99.77%,RSD=0.95%。结论:该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可用于川东獐牙菜中去甲基雏菊叶龙胆酮的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of Demethylbellidifolin in different parts of Swertia davidi Franch. METHODS: The analysis was carried out on Hypersil C18 column (150mm×4.6mm,5 μm) at room temperature with mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-0.5%H3PO4(56∶44) at a flow-rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of Demethylbellidifolin was 0.52～2.60μg (r=0.999 4) and the average recovery was 99.77%(RSD=0.95%).CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, reproducible, and suitable for the determination of the content of Demethylbellidifolin in Swertia davidi Franch.. |
