| 摘 要： | 随机选择３２例蛛网膜下出血（ＳＡＨ）患者进行脑血流量与脑功能研究，同时检查脑电图（ＥＥＧ）及１３３Ｘｅ吸入法测定脑血流量，并对９例进行了复查。结果发现ＳＡＨ大脑平均脑血流量明显低于正常对照组，ＥＥＧ异常率９１％，对照组１３％，脑血流量越低则ＥＥＧ异常越严重，两者呈正相关，ＥＥＧ随ｒＣＢＦ的好转而改善，有良好一致性。认为ＳＡＨ患者脑血流降低与ＥＥＧ异常呈正相关。

| Abstract: | The cerebral blood flow(CBF) and the brain function were studied in 32 randomly selected patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.EEG and CBF by 133 Xe inhalation were performed simultaneously and 9 out of 32 patients were reexamined. The result showed that the average CBF in subarachnoid hemorrhage was apparently lower than that in control group ( P <0.01).The abnormality rate of EEG in SAH was 90% and in the control group only 13%.The lower the CBF,the more severe the abnormal EEG.A positive correlation was noted between them.The EEG was improved as the CBF improved,an excellent consistency was observed. |
