| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石49例。结果一次性碎石成功率93.9%(46/49)。术中并发症发生率2%(1/49)。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术较安全,疗效确切,损伤小,可作为治疗输尿管中下段结石的首选方法。

Clinical Application of Pneumatic Lithotripsy under Ureteroscope for Treatment of Ureteric Stone(A Report of 49 Cases) |

| Abstract: | Objectives To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral stones. Methods Clinical data of 49 cases of patients with ureteral stones treated with ureteroscope and pneumatic lithot ripsy were reviewed. Results In this group,93.9% (46/49) of the stones were fragmented at one session. Complications occurred in 2% (1/49 ) of the subjects. Conclusions Treatment of the ureteral stones with ureteroscope and pneumatic lithot ripsy is safe,effective and less invasive,which can be the first choice of treatment for stones in the middle and lower ureteral segments. |
