| 摘 要： | 目的探讨婴儿抚触对减少早产儿呼吸暂停发生的作用。方法42例住院早产儿在进行常规治疗的基础上实施较早期选择性抚触按摩并观察其效果,并选择未进行扶触按摩的40例早产儿做对照。比较两组早产儿呼吸暂停的发生率、平均日体质量增长及平均住院时间。结果抚触组早产儿仅1例发生呼吸暂停(占2.4%),对照组12例发生呼吸暂停(占30.0%)。两组早产儿呼吸暂停发生率、平均日体质量增加及平均住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿较早期实施婴儿抚触能有效防止早产儿呼吸暂停的发生,缩短住院时间。
