联合检测降钙素原、血沉、C-反应蛋白在活动性肺结核中的临床意义

目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)联合定量检测在肺结核早期诊断的意义。方法选取2013年1月~2013年7月新疆维吾尔族自治区人民医院呼吸科收治的103例活动性肺结核患者,同期健康对照58例。采用双抗体夹心免疫化学发光法(ILMA)测定PCT水平,采用魏氏(Westergren)法测定ESR水平,采用全自动免疫透视比浊法测定CRP水平。结果与健康对照组比较,活动性肺结核患者的PCT、CRP、ESR显著升高,有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论 PCT、ESR及CRP的联合检测有助于活动期肺结核的早期诊断,对及时合理应用抗痨药物及评估肺结核的严重程度有重要的意义。

Clinical significance of joint detection of calcitonin original,blood sedimentation and C-reactive protein in active tuberculosis

Objective To explore the clinical significance of joint detection of serum calcitonin（ PCT）,blood sedimentation（ ESR） and C-reactive protein（ CRP） in the early diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods 103 patients with active tuberculosisc were selected as the study group,and 58 healthy people as the controls. The level of PCT was detected by double antibody sandwich immune chemiluminescence（ ILMA）,the level of ESR by the adoption Westergren method（ Westergren） determination,and the level of CRP by automatic immune turbidimetric method. Results Compared with the control group,the levels of PCT,CRP and ESR increased more obviously in the study group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The joint detection of PCT,ESR and CRP is helpful to the early diagnosis of active tuberculosis,which can guide timely and reasonable application of chemotherapy drugs and assess the severity of tuberculosis.
