复方地蒽酚软膏的质量控制

摘    要:目的对复方地蒽酚软膏剂进行质量控制。方法采用紫外可见分光光度法测定地蒽酚的含量,碘量法测定硫的含量,络合法测定氧化锌的含量。结果地蒽酚在3.2~11.2μg/ml范围内,具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.51%,RSD为0.61%。碘量法测定硫的含量及络合法测定氧化锌的含量,处方中的组分互不干扰。结论该制剂稳定,处方工艺设计合理,质量控制方法简便、可靠、易行。

Abstract:Objective To study quality control methods for Compound anthralin ointment.Methods The content of anthralin was measured using UV-visible spectrophotometry,sulfur content measured with the iodometric method and zinc oxide content measured with compleximetry.Results Anthralin had a good linear relationship within the range of 3.2-11.2 μg/ml;r=0.9998.Conclusion The preparation is stable,process design is reasonable,and the quality control method is simple,reliable and easy.
