| 摘 要： | 目的：不同胃型胃排空的对比研究，方法：1200例不同胃型健康志愿者，口服实验餐并连续观察显示子由胃排出的数目。结果：经统计学分析，瀑布型胃的胃排空与其它胃型有明显差异（P＜0．05）。结论：瀑布型胃属于一种潜病理（亚健康）状态。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the gastric emptying of different gastric types.Methods:The gastric emptying of 1?200 healthy volunteers with an oral tracer (Xianshizi) was studied. The tracer (Xianshizi) expelled from the stomach was observed successively and the number of Xianshizi was calculated subsequently.Results:There was significant difference of gastric emptying between the cascade stomach and other types of stomach ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Cascade stomach is in potential pathologic or subhealthy state. |
