米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕的临床疗效观察

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在早期流产应用中的临床疗效及妊娠天数与孕囊排出时间和阴道出血天数的关系。方法选择我院2011年11月至2013年12月收治的应用米非司酮和米索前列醇终止妊娠的早孕患者127例,观察终止早孕的临床疗效、不良反应及妊娠天数与孕囊排出时间、阴道流血时间的关系。结果本组127例患者中完全流产117例（92.12%）。服药后6h内孕囊基本排出。妊娠天数与孕囊的排出时间无明显关系,与阴道流血时间呈正相关。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕,临床疗效好,不良反应小,是安全可靠的方法。

Clinical efficacy of mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate early pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone and misoprostol,and the relationship between gestation days and gestational sac discharge time and the number of days of vaginal bleeding in early abortion.Methods A total of 127 cases early pregnancy patients using mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate pregnancy in our hospital from November 2011 to December 2013 were collected.Clinical efficacy of early pregnancy termination,adverse reactions and the relationship between gestation days and gestational sac discharge time and the number of days of vaginal bleeding were observed.Results Complete abortion patients were 117cases（92.12%）.Gestational sac discharged within six hours after taking drug.gestation days was not correlated with gestational sac discharge time,and was positively correlated with vaginal bleeding time.Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate early pregnancy,has good clinical efficacy and less adverse reactions,it is a safe and reliable method.
