利培酮治疗对精神分裂症患者认知功能损害的影响

目的：探讨利培酮治疗前后，精神分裂症患者认知功能损害的变化。方法：对35例精神分裂症患者在治疗前和治疗12周后均进行认知功能测验，包括领悟、相似性、数字广度、数字符号、填图、图片回忆、视觉再生、再认、触党记忆和WCST中的总测验数、总错误数、持续错误数，且统一服用利培酮治疗。数据采用SPSS 9．0软件包进行配对T检验。结果：利培酮治疗12周后与治疗前相比，相似性、数字广度、数字符号、填图、图片回忆、视觉再生测验有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。WCST中测验总数、总错误数、持续错误数有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。结论：(1)利培酮治疗12周后，精神分裂症患者的大部分认知功能得到改善，提示这部分认知功能损害具有可逆性。(2)利培酮治疗12周后，仍有小部分认知功能无明显改善，推测此部分认知功能损害具有器质性因素，可能与神经学病变相关。

Effect of risperdal on schizophreniacs with cognitive function of Lesion

Objective:To explore the change of schizophrenia of cognitive lesion after risperdal.Methods:Thirty-five patients with schizophrenia of Cognitive functions were measured the detection.includ understanding,similarity,scope of digit,sign digit,picture,remembrance picture,of renew al,of vision recognition,touch memory,and WCST(total number,total error number and persistent error number).A 11 patients take Risperdal.Datas are processed with Paired-Sample T Test by SPSS 9^0.Results:Comparison of the test of the similarity,span of digit,picture,remembrance of picture,renewal of vision were notable difference(P<0^05)12 weekslater,WCST of total number,total error number and persistent error number were marked difference(P<0^05)after 12 weeks.Conclusion:(1)Most of patients with schizophrenia of cognitive function were improved,Cognitive lesion reversibility after 12 weeks,(2)There are a little part of cognitive lesion had no improvement.The cognitive lesion may have tenperment foactor,and be related to the neurological lesion.
