| 摘 要： | 目的：评估老年人慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的鼻內镜手术综合治疗的可行性及疗效,探讨其围术期处理的特殊性。方法：回顾性分析2000年12月～2007年12月间173例（338侧）老年人慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的鼻內镜手术综合治疗情況和近期随访结果。结果：随访6月～1年,Ⅱ型治愈15例（15/19,78.9%）,好转3例（3/19,15.8%）,复发1例（1/19,5.3%）;Ⅲ型治愈123例（123/154,79.9%）,好转22例（22/154,14.3%）,复发9例（9/154,5.8%）。Ⅱ～Ⅲ型总有效率为94.2%（163/173）。44.8%的患者术后获得嗅觉的恢复或改善。结论：鼻內镜手术综合治疗不失为治疗老年人慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉较理想的方法,可以获得较好疗效,老年并不是手术的禁忌症,只要加强对老年病人的围术期处理,可以降低并发症和死亡率,有利于提高老年人的生活质量。
