摘    要:目的 为评价及分析新生儿HIE的系列生长变化.方法 对43例中重度新生儿HIE急性期,恢复期血清多项生化指标进行了测定,并与正常新生儿作对照比较.结果 中重度新生儿HIE急性期存在血乳酸和血氨增高;血清钙离子和过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)降低;心肌酶增高;尿素氮增高;血钠及二氧化碳结合力降低.结论 新生儿HIE时伴有机体多脏器的损伤,应引起临床足够重视.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate and analysis the series of change in serum biochemistry on neonatal HIE classified as moderate of severe. Methods 43 cases of neonatal HIE (experimental group included actue stage 32 cases, convalesence 11 cases) and normal control group 15 cases were studied prospectively . Results Serum lactic acid, ammonia, BUN and activity of myocardial enzyme was increased obviously and Ca2+ ,SOD,Na2+ and CO2CP was decreased in the acute stage of morderate or severe neonatal HIE. Conclusion The acute stage HIE have dysfunction of multiple organs,It's important to mornitor the biochemical markers in time on acute stage of morderate or severe neonatal HIE for treatment and improving prognosis.
