中西医结合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效.方法:选符合标准的急性毛细支气管炎患儿96例,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组46例.对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服加味青龙汤.结果:治疗组治愈40例,好转8例,无效2例,总有效率为96.00％(95％ CI=85.80％～99.50％);对照组治愈25例,好转13例,无效8例,总有效率为82.61％(95％ CI=71.66％～93.56％);两组综合疗效比较(u=2.3641,P=0.0205),差异有显著性意义.结论:加味青龙汤结合西药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗,其收益为OR =0.20(95％ CI =0.04～0.99),NNT =7(95％ CI=3.90～86.21).

Clinical Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Pedo-bron- chioHtis, A Report of 50 Cases

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on pedo-bronchiolitis. Methods： 96 cases with acute pedo-bronchiolitis were divided into two groups randomly. 46 cases in control group were treated with western conventional therapy, and 50 ones in treatment group were treated with Modified Decoction of Green Dragon besides above western medicine. Results： In treatment group 40 cases were recovered, 8 ones effective, and 2 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 96. 00% （95% CI = 85.80%-99.50% ）. In control group 25 cases were recovered, 13 ones effective, and 8 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 82. 61% （95% CI = 71.66% -93.56% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ u = 2. 364 1, P = 0. 020 5 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Decoction of Green Dragon combined with western medicine has better effect on pedo-bronchiolitis than single western medicine, OR =0. 20（95% CI =0. 04-0. 99）, NNT =7（95% CI =3.90 -86.21）.
