参附注射液联合丹红注射液配合西医常规用药治疗肺心病心功能不全疗效观察

目的:观察参附注射液联合丹红注射液配合西医疗法治疗肺心病心功能不全的疗效.方法:选该病患者92例,随机分为两组.对照组应用西医治疗,治疗组应用参附注射液联合丹红注射液配合西医疗法治疗.结果:治疗组总有效率87.50％(95％ CI=78.14％～96.86％),对照组总有效率73.91％(95％CI =61.22％～86.60％),无显著性差异(P＞0.05).两组治疗前后血气分析参数比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:参附注射液联合丹红注射液配合西医疗法治疗肺心病心功能不全可明显升高PaO2降低PaCO2水平,缩短平均住院时间.

Curative Effect Observation of Inj. of Shen-fu and Inj. of Dan-hong Combined with Western Medicine on Cardia Insufficiency Resulted from Pneumocardial Disease

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Inj of Shen-fu and Inj of Dan-hong combined with western medicine on cardia insufficiency resulted from pneumocardial disease. Methods： 92 cases with cardia insufficiency resulted from pneumocardial disease were divided into two groups randomly. Control group was treated with western medicine, and treatment group was treated with Inj. of Shen-fu and Inj of Dan-hong combined with western medicine. Results： The total effective rate was 87.50% in treatment group（95% CI = 78. 14% -96. 86% ）, and 73.91% in control group（95% CI =61.22% -86. 60% ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Inj. of Shen-fu and lnj of Dan-hong combined with western medicine have good and reliable effect on cardia insufficiency resulted from pneumocardial disease, which can step up PaO2, cut down PaCO2, and shorten average stay.
