| 摘 要： | 目的：研究狼疮性肾炎（ＬＮ）患者血清酶的变化及临床意义。方法：通过全自动生化分析仪检验３４例ＬＮ患者及３０名健康体检者血中８种血清酶。结果：ＬＮ组较健康组ＬＤＨ、ＨＢＤＨ、ＡＳＴ、ＧＧＴ（ｐ〈０．０１）、ＡＬＰ（ｐ〈０．０５）明显升高，均有显著性意义，而ＣＫ、ＡＭＹ和ＡＬＴ（ｐ〉０．０５）无显著性意义。ＬＤＨ和ＨＢＤＨ（ｐ〈０．０００５）之间有高度相关性。结论：ＬＤＨ、ＨＢＤＨ、ＡＳＴ、ＧＧＴ和Ａ

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical implication of seroenzyme changes in patient with lupus nephritis (LN). Methods: Eight serum enzymes of 34 patients with LN and 30 normal persons were examined by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: Compared with normal person, the serum levels of LDH, HBDH, GOT, GGTP and ALP were significantly increased and CK, AMY and ALT had no significant difference in patients with LN. This trial showed that LDH had a strong positive correlation with HBDH. Conclusion: Elevation of the serum LDH, HBDH,GOT, GGTP and ALP levels may be used as a better diagnosis predictor for LN. Among all organs, the kidney is the richest in LDH content. The LDH is highly sensitive and the HBDH is the most specific. Both LDH and HBDH can increase diagnostic reliability of LN. |
