| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的手术取栓与联合介入等综合疗法的治疗细节及术后处理。方法回顾2001-05~2007-06间,68例采用手术取栓与介入等综合方法治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成病历资料。结果患肢肿胀完全缓解,周径同健侧相关(0.6 cm)47例,静脉造影或彩色超声显示血栓完全溶解;明显缓解者21例,膝上周径差别(1.7±0.8)cm,静脉造影或彩色超声14例血栓完全溶解,8例部分溶解。结论手术取栓联合介入等综合治疗DVT,做为一种新兴疗法会有很广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the combined treatment in detail and post management for acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis （ALLDVT）. Methods The clinical materials of 68 cases of such patientfrom May 2001 to June 2007 who were treated with combined therapy were analyzed retrospectively. Results 47 cases were recovered in swelling compared with opposite side. 21 cases were good with similar arround diameter, 14 cases of thrombosis were lyzed with Doppler and 8 cases partial lyzed. Conclusion This combined method of DVT might be a new and wide application. |
