认真贯彻落实两个《纲要》 努力提高妇女儿童健康水平

安徽省卫生厅为贯彻九十年代两个《纲要》做了大量工作 ,全省各级卫生部门将实施“两纲”作为重要工作摆上工作日程 ,以加强各级卫生机构及队伍建设为基础 ,以大力推行爱婴行动为契机 ,从依法规范妇幼保健卫生服务工作入手 ,深入开展健康教育工作 ,提高群众的自我保健意识 ,强化农村初级卫生保健工作 ,积极改善妇女儿童生存和发展环境 ,加强对妇女儿童常见病、多发病的防治工作 ,降低了妇女儿童的发病率和死亡率。至 2 0 0 0年底 ,全省如期实现了九十年代“两纲”规定的卫生保健目标 ,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。同时也为更好地贯彻落实新时期两个“纲要”奠定了良好基础

Carrying out the Two Outlines, make effort for raising the women and children's health level

Health Ministry of Anhui Province has do large numbers of work in order to carry out the Two Outlines. The health departments at all levels in this province have taken carrying out Two Outlines as important work that were brought into the work programme. They took strengthening health organs and staff building at all levels as basis, took developing infant-friendly action as chance, began with standardizing the maternity and child health care service work, developed the health education work to raise the people's self-health care consciousness. And they also strengthened the primary health care work in the country, perfected the women and children's living and developmental environment, strengthened the prevention and treatment work on women and children's diseases to reduce the women and children's diseases occurrence rate and mortality. By the end of 2000, the health care targets stated by Two Outlines of 90s had been achieved in this province, the good social and economic effect had been acquired. At the same time, it has laid good foundation for carrying out Two Outlines during new period.
