p16蛋白在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

研究Ｐ１６蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达情况，探讨其对胰腺癌的诊断，２诊断及预后判断的意义。方法应用免疫组化法结合微波抗原修得法，对５３例胰腺癌４２例胰腺良性病变及正常组织进行比较，观察Ｐ１６蛋白的表达情况。使用Ｘ＾２检验及精确概率法分析组间差异，采用ｋａｐａｎ－ｍｅｉｒｅ寿命及Ｌｏｇ－ｒａｎｋ检验，分析组间生存率差异。

Expression of p16 Protein in Pancreatic Carcinona and Its Signiticance in Prognosis

Objective\ To investigate the expression of p16 protein in pancreatic carcinoma and research the meaning of its expression.\ Methods\ Expression of p16 protein was studied immunohistochemically in 53 cases of pancreatic carcinoma,42 cases of benign pancreatic diseases and normal pancreatic tissue.\ Results\ The positive rate of p16 protein in pancreatic carcinoma(66.04%,35/53) was lower than in benign pancreatic diseases and in normal pancreatic tissue(P<0.05).\ The expression intensity of p16 protein was closely correlated to tumor histologic type,grade and its prognosis.\ In addition,our data demonstrated that the loss expression p16 protein was occurrence in the late development stage of pancreatic carcinoma.\ Conclusion\ p16 protein expression may be a promising predictor for the prognosis of patients with pancreatic carcinoma,i.e.\ Carcinoma being positive for p16 protein may have a better prognosis than the negative one.
