| 摘 要： | 为探讨膝骨性关节炎中医证型与体内炎症介质、神经多肽、免疫细胞因子水平的改变的关系，对90例膝骨性关节炎和30例正常对照者血清中炎症介质、神经多肽、免疫细胞因子水平进行了测定。结果显示，膝骨性关节炎患者的血清中3种免疫细胞因手明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.01），且炎症介质水平也高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）。表明炎症介质、免疫因子，尤其是免疫细胞因子IL-6在膝骨性关节炎发病中起一定的作用，膝骨性关节炎的中医证型与3种免疫细胞因子和炎症介质也有一定的相关性。

| Abstract: | In order to study the relation between TCM differentiation and inflammatory factor, neural polypeptide, immunologjcal factor in knee osteoarthritis (OA) , those factors in 90 cases of OA and 30 normal persons were measured. The results showed that three serum immunological factors levels of OA were significandy higher compared with the ones of normal persons (P<0.01), and so was inflammatory factor ( P < 0.05), suggesting that inflammatory factor and immunological factor especially IL-6 have a function to OA, and there have some relation between the TCM differentiation and the three inflammatory factors and immunological factor. |
