固定剂量复合制剂治疗甘肃省627例初治活动性肺结核病效果分析

目的评价固定剂量复合制剂(FDC)在治疗初治活动性肺结核病人中的应用效果。方法应用FDC治疗甘肃省武威市所辖4个县(区)2010年8月1日—12月31日期间发现的符合要求的初治活动性肺结核病人,使用统一的调查表进行治疗效果和不良反应的观察和记录,用统计软件SPSS11.0进行数据统计分析。结果入选初治活动性肺结核病例627例,其中初治涂阳病例301例,治愈285例,治愈率为94.7%;涂阴病例326例,完成疗程318例,完成疗程率为97.5%。所有病例中有101例发生不同程度的不良反应,占治疗人数的16.1%;不同性别、年龄60岁以下与60岁及以上、体重55kg以下与55kg及以上病人之间的不良反应发生率和肝功能损害发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FDC制剂治疗活动性肺结核病人有较好的高治愈率、依从性及全人群适用性。

Effectiveness Analysis of 627 Initial Treating Active Tuberculosis with Fixed-dosage Combination in Gansu Province

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of treating active tuberculosis with fixed-dose combination（FDC）. METHODS FDC was used to treat initial active tuberculosis cases in four counties administered by Wuwei City in Gansu Province from August 1 to December 31 in the year 2010. Effectiveness and ADRs of FDC were recorded by registration forms. The statistical software Spss 11.0 was used to process and analyze the data. RESULT The 627 active tuberculosis cases were selected, 301 cases were smear positive and 326 cases were smear negative. For 301 smear positive cases 285 cases were cured and the cure rate was 94.7%. For 326 smear negative cases 318 cases completed the courses and the the course completion rate was 97.5%. 101 cases happened the adverse reaction and the negative conversion rate was 16.1%. There were no statistical differences between different sexes, age older than 60 years and yunger than 60 years, weight 55 kilograms or more and 55 kilograms below in negative conversion rate and liver malfunction incidence （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION The FDC is better in widely applicability and drug compliance.
