上海市新泾社区家庭医生制供需状况和对策研究

目的了解新泾社区家庭医生制的供需状况和对策研究。方法以居住新泾社区的居民和新泾镇社区卫生服务中心的家庭医生为调查对象,运用调查问卷对开展的家庭医生制进行供需状况调查,并提出相应的对策。结果目前社区卫生服务中心家庭医生要对1～2个居委会进行健康管理,供需状况不对称,但借助供需调查为制定相应的政策提供参考,也有助于社区卫生服务中心提供符合居民需求的服务。结论家庭医生制仍然处于探索阶段,我们将不断探索相关运行的机制和模式,寻求适应社区发展,提高家庭医生积极性,提供符合居民需求的家庭医生制服务模式。

Background Supply and Demand Surveys and Countermeasures of Family Doctors in Xingjing Community

OBJECTIVE The survey to community residents living in new Xingjing Town, and family doctors in the new community health service center. METHOD The use of questionnaires on family doctors to carry out supply and demand system for the investigation, and the corresponding countermeasures. RESULTS The current community health service center for 1-2 family doctor to make health management committees, asymmetric supply and demand, but supply and demand surveys with the appropriate policies for the development of reference, but also help meet the community health service centers to provide the needs of residents services. CONCLUSION Family doctor system is still at the exploratory stage, we will continue to explore the mechanisms and modalities related to operation, seeking to adapt to community development, improve the enthusiasm of family doctors to provide the residents meet the needs of family doctors system service mode.
