| 摘 要： | 目的了解城乡居民慢性非传染性疾病(慢性病)相关知识知晓率,为开展有针对性的慢性病防治知识普及教育工作提供基础资料。方法 2010年在我市城乡抽取部分15～65岁城乡居民进行问卷调查。结果在调查的5221人中,11项慢性病知识总知晓率为46.01%(26424/57431),各项知识知晓率最高为93.68%,最低为12.18%。总知晓率:城市居民(3116人)、农村居民(2105人)分别为57.45%和29.07%(P<0.01);男性(2576人)、女性(2645人)分别为45.74%和46.28%(P>0.05)。结论城乡居民慢性病防治知识知晓率城市居民高于农村居民,但还很欠缺,急待提高。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To find out the urban and rural residents with chronic non-communicable diseases（NCD）related knowledge, in order to carry out targeted for chronic disease prevention and control knowledge popularization education work to provide basic information. METHODS In 2010, the city＇s urban and rural extraction part 15-65 years in urban and rural residents conducted a questionnaire survey. RESULTS The survey of 5 221 people, 11 chronic disease knowledge knowing rate was 46.01%（26 424/57431）, the knowledge rate highest 93.68%, the lowest 12.18%. Total awareness rate of city residents： 3 116, 2 105 rural residents respectively 57.45%, 29.07%（P〈0.01）. Male（2 576）, female（2 645） are respectively 45.74%, 46.28%（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The residents of chronic disease prevention and control knowledge awareness rate of city residents than rural residents, but also very deficient, urgently needs to improve. |
