摘    要:门诊医疗服务水平直接反映医院的整体医疗水平和综合服务能力,通过分析门诊医疗服务中存在的主要问题及其问题产生的原因,探寻提高门诊医疗服务水平的可行路径,提出应在充分发挥医院信息系统的作用、强化医务人员服务意识和加强门诊医疗服务质量管理等方面提高门诊医疗服务水平。

Abstract:The outpatient service level is a direct reflection of the unitary level and integrated service ability in the hos- pital. By analyzing the reason of main problems, which exist in medical service in outpatient department, feasible method is explored to improve outpatient service, and some suggestions are proposed including producing the best possible results of hospital information system, strengthening service awareness of medical staff and enhancing clinical service quality management to improve the outpatient service level.
