浦东新区社区卫生服务机构业务运营状况分析

目的了解浦东新区社区卫生服务机构发展的基本状况,为深化社区卫生改革提供参考信息。方法收集2009—2010年《浦东新区卫生年鉴》、卫生统计报表等相关数据并进行比较分析。结果与2009年比较,2010年浦东新区社区卫生服务机构从147家减为128家;每千人口执业(助理)医师从0.56人下降到0.46人;医护比为1:0.66;每万人口全科医生为1.90人;非卫技人员占17.91%;门诊药品费用占门急诊次均费用的77.35%,住院药品费用占住院费用的61.11%。结论须加强社区护士队伍建设,加大全科医师培养力度,优化社区卫生人才队伍结构,建立健全社区卫生服务经济补偿机制。

The Analysis on Business Operation of Community Health Service Institutions in Pudong New Area

OBJECTIVE To understand the basic status of community health service institutions in Pudong New Area and provide reference information for deepening reform of community health. METHODS Collect 2009 and 2010 health statistical yearbooks and reports of community health service institutions in Pudong New Area. RESULTS Compared with 2009, community health service institutions was reduced from 147 to 128 in 2010, and per thousand population with practicing physicians（assistants）from 0.56 to 0.46; the ratio for doctor and nurse was 1 ： 0.66; per ten thousand population with general practitioners was 1.90; non-health technical personnel accounted for 17.91%; outpatient drug cost accounted for 77.35% and inpatient 61.11%. CONCLUSION Strengthening construction of community nurse team and standardized training of general practitioner, optimizing the structure of community health personnel, and establishing scientific economic compensation system of community health service.
