我国医疗纠纷调处第三方援助机制现状及效果分析

现有的医疗纠纷解决途径不能很好地满足医患双方的需要,促使各地探查一种高效低廉的解决途径。第三方介入解决医患纠纷,即医疗纠纷调处第三方援助机制在我国为数不少的地方进行了探索。作为原有纠纷解决方式的一种补充,这种机制在化解医患纠纷方面发挥了不容忽视的巨大作用,受到了医患双方和社会的肯定,符合我国目前构建和谐社会和和谐医患关系的时代要求。

Current Situation and Effect Analysis of Third.party Support Involved in MediCal Disputes Mediation

So a new effective and cheap method should be explored third-party intervention for resolving disputes between doctors and patients which is also named ＂third-party assistance＂ has been piloted medical in a large number of places in China. As a supplement to existing medical dispute resolution, the ＂third-party assistance＂ has played a significant role in resolving medical disputes, been welcomed by doctors and patients and been in line with the principle of building a harmonious society and harmonious doctor-patient relationship. However, as a new mechanism, the ＂third-party assistance＂ is still in start-up and development stage and facing a number of problems.
